MTG Salvation

My problem with this card is that the deck that wants to play it will have either won or lost by the time it hits 4 mana.

Belongs in something slightly different, a UR (or URx) deck with Jori En and four copies of Treasure Cruise to keep the fuel coming.

They were maybe a little bit too careful with this one. I'd like to see a "Red enchantment that gives you burn damage when you do this thing" that is actually pretty good outside of limited. Not sure if this one is even good in limited, since the amount of times you can fulfill this action is only going to increase if you can draft cantrips or card draw, which is unlikely. The strength of it as a Swelter over two turns with potential for additional Shocks will be reliant on how many bears are in the format. Then again, it might just discourage blocks, and let you save your spells to discourage future blocks.
