Dab Sliver

So, slivers gain the ability to say "Come on! You can do it!"

I suppose this is easier to cast, but that raises the question, what kind of sliver deck (outside of limited, I guess) is going to not be five-color? And even if it's purely casual, there's actually a lot of lands I would almost never play in competitive that are totally fine in casual. (And a few things like Rupture Spire and its functional reprints that I would only play in casual.)

I'm trying to come up with any situation where you would want this exalted sliver over Sliver Legion. The only thing I can come up with is against another sliver deck, or if you have a pile of slivers and inexplicably one non-sliver creature you want to go swinging in solo. I think they're both extreme corner cases.

Alternatively you could use some white/blue/green slivers in an exalted deck and have them all be cheerleaders for Rafiq of the Many. That deck might work, though the lazier solution is Angelic Exaltation and some 1/1 tokens.

I'd prefer Sliver Legion to basically do the same.

I wouldn't say it plays into the existing sliver strategy, but it does double up so there's that.
