Cool name, cool art, cool card. Interesting if you can pair it with some kind of draw denial, but I'm not sure there's any that is real practical. The most hilarious would be Notion Thief, but I don't see that being real competitive. Maybe a blue/black "entropy of eons" type thing with Underworld Dreams or whatever?

Ah yes! I'd forgotten about her (even though she's one of my favorite Planeswalkers!), or at least the new card. Very good. Plus, her -2 helps you look for another Echo when you need it.

It is good to see them producing some cards that boost the power of Faithless Looting, a card that sadly does not see much play in Modern right now and which would surely help make the format more interesting if it became more viable.

The flashback of this spell is the mode that is most likely to be used I think, and it definitely exiles itself!

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not...

I love the fact that this Timetwister effect DOESN'T exile itself upon resolution. This opens up a TON of affordable 'Twister loops for cEDH decks, of which I'm a devotee.
