Burn would absolutely love to have this on the battlefield. It solves one of the primary ways Burn loses - drawing too many lands. But can burn afford to slot this into the deck? The fact that it has cycling itself does help a bit.

maybe as 1 or 2-of? But yeah I'm currently running with a low manabase of 14 since most spells are 1CMC or alternate casting cost of 1CMC or are just free (aside from sacing lands)

Can burn afford to run even fewer lands with this in the deck? Or rather, could you run more lands, especially with the new mulligan rule? Since every land in hand cycles if you land this...I don't know. Too risky, probably.

I like this a lot. Fits into so many decks across many formats.
