How often do you want that? If you want to recreate coming into play effects, blink effects are cheaper.

At best, you bounce your creature then copy it to an opponent's creature, hoping they don't have blue mana. And since the kind of creatures you want to bounce (and can target) don't appear frequently in blue decks I guess its safe-ish?

Well, if you want to target your own creatures, then it can be better than Unsummon.
