naturalize + disenchant = how did this not already exist?

The most anticipated hybrid card ever finally exists.

When I see a card like this, I immediately start thinking of unlikely scenarios where it’s worse then it’s predecessors. I guess against Neutralizing blast?

This is an interesting choice to print in Modern specifically. Green decks already have access to Naturalize, and White decks already have access to Disenchant, and neither deck would ever want 8 copies.

I suspect this was mostly printed for Limited, ensuring that both colors have access to the same card.
