No, all of the lands enter at the resolution of scapeshift and even if you destroy one, the valakut(s) have seen the mountains and vice versa. That triggers the ability and then its on the stack.

This card is a colour shifted beast within. Not bad.

Huge missed opportunity to make this a White Elephant.

The green card Beast within is really old and I am sure they won't print anything close to than in green anymore.
And this card? Well I don't think it violating anything. White can destroy creature, enchantments, artifacts and lands already. Some cards not even that old can destroy all nonland permanents like Hour of Revelation including planeswalker. Maybe it is a bend because of the flexibility but not a break. In addition Vindicate doesn't have any drawbacks and is still better.
