This is Sneak Attack for planeswalkers.

So... technically speaking, this guy is super mana efficient. Even if you're just getting one activation, the effects you'd get from a walker are typically worth more than one red mana.

One red to get trash for treasure with Dareti
One red to get dualcast that deals damage with new Ral.
One red for a Regrowth with new Tamiyo
One red for a wrath with OG Ugin
One red for a mini zombify with new Sorin
One red to lower enemy to 10 life with OG sorin

While you never get the best mileage out of the walker being used (unless you are doing tricks with kaya, vensor, or doubling season), the effect you are getting is virtually always worth more than that one red mana.

Sure, but it's 2RR to do this, and it costs you two cards. There might be some sweet things you can do with Sundial of the Infinite though.

Sneaking Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker seems like a nice monored way to steal creatures, at least.
