Absolutely! A great late card game to play.

2 CMC Preordain with Flashback, is not strictly worse than Preordain. I've always felt that while 1-mana draw spells are dangerous for Modern (and they're frequently banned), they have more room to work with when it comes to 2-mana cards.

My thought too. This does have flashback, but at five, that's for Commander players.
