This card pretty much wrecks any deck that relies on comboing out infinite tokens with haste, or reanimating big guys with haste. Might have Legacy use against Reanimator. They could try unbanning Splinter Twin with this in the Modern format.

Honestly the force clause is just icing. I'd happily take that effect at that cost regardless. It's just Murder for everything that's ETBed during their turn.

It's a big Cradle to Grave with an alternate cost. Pretty solid!

This is one of those bigtime threats that changes how you play the game. If they know or suspect you have it, they'll be less apt to flood the board, which is exactly what you want. Or if they gamble and lose, the loss of momentum might just be a complete backbreaker. When I first got back into playing, I used to do something similar with Quicksilver Amulet and Sunblast Angel.
