Unlike force of negation, there are much fewer cases where you would want to cast this on your own turn (unless you top-deck it against a bridge, I guess)

This is better than the blue one. They understandably were afraid to make the blue one too good. This could see a ton of play.

I like the idea of pitching a Scrying to unlock my tron under bloodmoon or damping sphere, maybe too cute but, certainly nice to turn dead cards in live ones.

Manaless removal for Leylines, Blood Moons, Mycosynth Lattice, Ensnaring Bridge, needle effects, cage effects and other assorted other hate cards is legit. This is a primo sideboard card for green decks.

Breaks the Karn/Lattice lock. That alone makes it an instant sideboard include for a lot of decks.

You cannot pay alternate cost while Mycosynth Lattice is on the battlefield since all cards in hand are colorless.

If i target two separate artifacts and my opponent destroys one of my targets in response, does Force of Vigor fizzle or does it still destroy the other one?

Still hits the other.
