Lots of potential here, can fix a large set of tools ranging from colorless destruction, artifact destruction, direct damage, ways to go wide, ways to boost the team, etc. But no Ringleader means she's still not fantastic because there's no way to replenish a hand.

You’d be surprised how many free cards you can get out of it, and once you can hit the ability once, it throws a lot of decks off—-having to discard your whole hand on your opponents upkeeps is pretty darn frustrating for most decks that aren’t built around an effect like that

Way too fragile... cute, but way too fragile. You'd need to be able to play Chalice for 1 to protect it, but that forbids a lot of good Gobbos.

I love that Wizards is finally bringing some of the old-school cards that everyone loves to play with to Modern. Honestly, Modern is turning into (and hopefully will continue to become) the new Legacy. And it's not like porting over Legacy goblins like this or Goblin Piledriver before it is going to cause problems in Modern - heck, they could probably just port the whole deck over.
