The thing about Mind's Desire is that if you play it, you have to shuffle your library seven times, and then when you play another one that you flipped with it, you have to shuffle 10+ times. That's a hugely negative gameplay experience. Galvanic Relay subverts this issue. Seems like a good fit for storm decks, we'll probably see another storm piece banned in some formats before long. This is pauper legal, by the way.
