Choose two target creatures an opponent controls. That player chooses and sacrifices one of those creatures. Put a -1/-1 counter on the other.

Card Rulings

8/1/2008 The player chooses which one to sacrifice as Retribution resolves. If only one of the targets is still legal at that time, then the player must choose that one to sacrifice.
