This is a great enabler for Hellbent. Too bad that ability doesn't exist in Standard.

My only real complaint about this card is that there is some potential for cheating. Let's say your opponent is playing a discard deck. You have a card that you absolutely must have in order to win. So, early in the game, you Foretell it. Your opponent assumes it has Foretell. Later, you play Dream Devourer and use its' ability to Foretell a card that actually already has Foretell. When the game ends, it's going to be pretty much impossible for your opponent to know/remember which you Foretold first, especially if you've got several cards Foretold at that time.

While this is true, people are sloppy. I remember the time when graveyard order was important. Even back then, people were sloppy. Mostly due to inattention to detail, but I have no doubt there were instances of intentional rearrangement.

Also, while your opponent will know what order you did it, there's little reason to expect them to remember the circumstances when you Foretell a dozen cards.

Per the rules you will always be able to tell which card was foretold first.
Per the mechanics article
"In exile, you must keep your foretold cards clear. Your opponents won't know what the cards are, but they'll know which card you foretold first, second, and so forth. At the end of the game, if you still have any foretold cards in exile, reveal them to all players so they know the future you foretold was an honest one."
If your opponent shuffles foretell cards around they are breaking the rules. In an official game in what order cards were foretold has to be kept track.
