This is broken. Trust me. They should have printed it as creature your opponents control. There are a lot of infinite possibilities in older formats here. Sure, let me just turn my mana dork into a questing beast, return your questing beast, and kill block whatever creature with questing beast. For 2 mana when you can use it defensively or in a combo? Oh mama.
