Aw, Wizards really doesn't want to make cards that would be powerhouses in Vintage anymore.

I'm thinking for Standard, this would be pretty amazing in a UW humans build as protection against board wipes.

Looks like this card'll need reliquary towers, spellbooks, or library of lengs.

I love the name, if only because of the situations it creatures.

So this is completely unplayable in all formats yes? Even best case scenario you're returning a bunch of CC1 cards to your hand this basically reads 3UX: draw X cards, which is way worse than Mind Spring.

Nonsense. This card enables at least 2 different infinite combos in Modern that I can think of. That's hardly unplayable, even if it isn't "good enough" for the format.

You prevent them from going to the grave. The effect is super conditional, but it isn't really that bad, if only because it says draw cards

Then this is so much worse than Fresh Meat (which wasn't exactly a format staple) that it's not even worth considering. The point of the wrath is to clear your board, and this card does nothing to stop that, even in the best case scenario.

im almost certain you use it to respond to unfavorable board conditions or outcomes, like an elesh about to resolve or a boardwipe.

Could this be used on affinty post board agains those decks stuffed with sweepers? I mean, you could use all your drums, moxen, ornithopters, menites to add mana to cast this beauty, draw like 5 or 6 cards, and dump ALL of it next turn.. also, on your turn, bounce your 0CC spells, draw a lot, deploy them again, probly dumping 1-X new artifacts, and pumping plating/ravager... not that affinity needs it to be more busted, but hey, would be fun! =P Would probly have to remove steel overseer for nombo...

Once you see the rest of this BLOCK this card will make more sense
