Could have been an interesting card, but sadly double-nerfed (by high activation cost and only being able to untap once during upkeep)

This card just seems bad. I can't see any reason to put this in a deck outside of a block with Madness, and even then, this card would be bad. I can't even see this being playable in Limited.
