It's no Goblin Bombardment, but that card was busted. The better comparison would be Barrage of Expendables, which this card soundly beats. Solid backup plan for a few decks in multiple formats.

I wouldn't say 'soundly,' as saving on a mana right away is an actual thing for mono-red decks to capitalize on.
That having been said, sacrificing artifacts is a real upside as well. Ichor Wellspring begone!

I like the option of turning treasure tokens into damage in limited.

Good call. Looking at the art, I also like how that's the implied usage. "Just gonna stuff this priceless statue's head in the cannon." Goblins doing goblin things.
