Just a hunch, but I think this translation may be a bit off.

The card's name roughly translates to "horror of the heavens."

Agreed. Still, a 2/2 Flying Menace for only two mana is pretty nice for aggro, especially for an uncommon.

Russian Pterodactyl. Its like Russian Roulette but with a Pterodactyl.

This is the first creature with both Menace and Flying since Two-headed Dragon in 8th Edition. The only other one is Wind Spirit which was last printed in 6th Edition. This is the only one of those to actually call it "menace" rather than spelling out what it does.

Dude, serious kudos on your diligence. (not being sarcastic) I'm always super proud when I can spout obscure Magic data like that and you've given me another bit to spout. Cheers! (also, I can't wait to turn this card sideways, and then spout that factoid as my opponent realizes they cannot block it).

Good card for limited, but seriously,wasting this name on a 2/2?!? I was expecting something huge, with the subtype Dinosaur Dragon.

The coupling of "menace" with "flying" is nice and means this thing will be difficult to block in early stages, and even Late stages a lot of times... Seems like a really solid card; I will definitely be getting some.
