0 ability is really good, protects itself and creates a threat at no cost to her

This card is odd.

It's abilities feel cost-appropriate without feeling like they carry the sort of impact you want for a 5-mana walker.

The abilities I get. The only real problem that I have with this card is its cost.

I can't imagine throwing this card down for 5 mana, activating any of its abilities, and feeling satisfied with the result. I'm not paying 5 for some win-more life gain. I'm not paying 5 to remove some blockers. While 5 for a 3/3 token each turn is the fair going rate, I can't imagine wanting those tokens from a 5-drop unless one or two unspoiled vehicles from this set are really pushed.

It's pretty straightforward. It either capitalizes on a positive board state (+2 and -X abilities) or helps improve board state with the 0 ability. Nothing truly wild in either direction, but pretty helpful to the general Dinosaur theme of "Rawr! Smash!" Huatli's general plan as part of a Dinosaur deck: Put out Dinosaurs. Gain life from Dinosaurs. Disable blockers and smash face with Dinosaurs.

She's better than she looks but also a little underwhelming at 5cmc. I like that her -X ability makes her viable as a top-deck answer to breaking through a clogged board for an alpha strike. 3 loyalty seems dangerously low for her cost, but I guess if she sticks for a turn, 2 activations seems like enough value to justify her in something. Any PW that makes a creature usually is worth testing. I think she just needs to be assessed differently than say, Gideon, Ally. She isn't a violently powerful win condition unless left completely unchecked. She is however, a potential stabilizer, and can facilitate a killing blow.

If this costed 4, it would be great.
At 5, maybe fringe standard playable, but I doubt it in a world with Glorybringer.

Plus, she's a Warrior Poet Dinosaur Knight. That's just the coolest thing ever.

She looks like she'll be a good fit in the Uril EDH deck. The +2 helps you get a ton of life considering ideally, you'll have a beefy Commander. The 0 makes it so he doesn't fall to sac effects, and the -X can help get him in for some commander damage and possibly take a player out. I hope to see her in future decklists.

I forgot to mention she could be pretty good in Saskia. The 0 helps out the board state and the -X can really help get at a player with a large board or pillowfort effects by getting at a player with a smaller board.
