I can't evaluate this card. On the one hand, it seems really slow to get to the payoff, but on the other hand, it's a 2-cmc card that eventually turns into a Black Lotus (but slightly better) plus a colorless Horizon Canopy (sort of, but again, better than that). I expect this will either prove unplayable or completely busted.
Right now Abrade is the premier red removal spell in standard. I would not want to play this, spend another 2 mana to scry twice, and then lose it. You might say well that's 2 mana for 4 mana there are worse blowouts. But it's 4 early mana against 2 late mana, which makes it much worse. In other words you might spend your entire turn 2, and 30% of your turns 3 and 4 to use this card, while I only use half my turn 4 to get rid of it.
