That is honestly pretty clever design (and Seb's art style is on point as always).

Not sure how often it will be used as intended in limited, however, given that the worse-case scenario of getting a more splashable murder is a pretty high pick even outside of abzan.

Either way though, it’s an almost strictly-better murder.

How does this work, exactly? I can destroy any nonland permanent if I spend GWB to cast it otherwise I can only destroy a creature?

Also if you don't fulfill the cost you can target a nonland, noncreature permanent for no effect!
