I think he's referring to color density. there are a ton of great cheap B and R spells. And then U can get you through midgame...but I think at most you go Jeskai, Mardu, Esper. For me, I'll slap 1/2 into my 75 card config of UW Cheons.

Mtgguru2 Not really, considering you don't gain a life for each color in these spells. You benefit literally as much with two colors as you do with four.

idk, UW that's heavy U, or even like Jeskai where it's a W splash. The card is by no means amazing. But it seems solid.
