This thing is way worse than Walking Ballista. The ballista can fire at anytime, this can't fire unless you have mana to spend and it doesn't have summoning sickness. It's recurring, but c'mon this is way too slow to make any constructed noise.

Seems like an EDH card more than anything else?

Decent enough recursive threat I guess, but nothing spectacular.

Pay WUBRG every turn to zot something for 5 every 3 turns. Every other turn if you can WUBRG + 5 the turn after you cast it. Neat, I guess. Still way less terrifying than the ballista.

If you play uncards you could put pink and gold mana into this to get more counters. You need to proliferate to really make this viable.

If Avatar of Me is any indicator, you should also be able to get brown.
