The correct wording of this card's may ability should be "You may have Kraul Harpooner fight the the chosen creature."
"May have" is printed on hundreds of cards, and there are 12 which utilize "may have ~ fight" preceding this card. "May let" has never been printed on an english printing of a card.

"May" means it's optional, you don't have to. Read the card it makes perfect sense. What if the opponents creature with flying has more power than Kraul's toughness? It would just trade 1-1 but you're not obliged to fight with how it's worded
