Because the reanimation is part of the card's resolution, you can Concoct a ~~Blightsteel Colossus~~ or a Worldspine Wurm from the top of your library before the trigger forces you to shuffle it back.

Blightsteel Colossus doesn't use a trigger. It won't work.
