Not as good as Damnation, but my Standard UB control will run at least 2 of these for sure.

This card will make the control format so much more powerful, question is, will U/B control run these AND Perilous Vaults or will these replace the Vaults?

That art is GORGEOUS. The card is kind-of okay. Not only does it have the 5 mana strike against, depending on how decks turn out after rotation, it might be dead to some mid-range decks? We'll have to see how relevant decks with both dragons and non-dragons in them are.
