Entropic Specter's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in the chosen player's hand.
Whenever Entropic Specter deals damage to a player, that player discards a card.
Card Rulings
10/4/2004 The opponent does not discard a card if all the damage is prevented.
10/4/2004 You choose one opposing player during resolution and it only affects that one player. This choice is not changed even if this card changes controllers. It becomes 0/0 if the chosen player leaves the game.
