Seems solid for most defensive decks that want to cast expensive spells. Might actually keep a good amount of damage off of you. A foolish aggressor might hold back 3 power creatures to keep you from getting a land.

Sakura-Tribe Elder! Sure it might never die unless you have a sac outlet but there are plenty of ways to sac this. I'm thinking Evolutionary Leap or Bone Splinters.
