Posted Jun 27, 2016Further, Ulrich is not godawful. Could he be better? Yes. But he's got an amazing cmc-to-p/t ratio, AND his abilities make your opponents think twice before casting too many spells. They don't want to trigger his transformation. And by not triggering his transformation, they're not triggering anything else's, so all your little wolfies stay in their strongest forms.
Is Ulrich the pinnacle of all things Legendary? Nah.
But he's part of a pack. Run him with the werewolf synergies we already have and he'll treat you well.
