Shivan Dragon was the baddest Dragon when I first played mtg in mid 90’s. It was def not usually related to blue. It was mostly mono red. But Ne way this card with the Shivan name on it needs to be much better than that! Shiv, Shivan is magic royalty. Same card but kicker should be (1)R
