Not bad, albeit fragile for 3GU. Definitely wanna wait til you have a land to play same turn you cast this to ensure you at least replace it. Seems anemic compared to say, Tireless Tracker, but it's interesting, and at Uncommon it's quite reasonably powerful. Will be sweet in limited for edging out mid-late game.

I assume she's the guardian of all the algae and "animals that look like plants" of the sea (coral, anemones, that sort of thing). But of course, the sea must listen to the moon(folk).
