This seems like a really nice removal spell. Being an instant seems really pushed. Cheaper Beast Within with a bigger token. Casting this on your Khalni Garden 0/1 seems pretty reasonable.

Works both ways unlike trophy.

This is going make non rotating UW control decks a little better. Probability only run like 2 copies but the ability to answer early planeswalkers is something it's needed for a long time. Finally WOTC seems to get cheap efficient removal is good in small quantities!
