It's like Thought Reflection except you can actually expect to be able to cast it! Wow! Sisay, Weatherlight Captain can put this into play, too. Card seems pretty bonkers and a bit broken.

it goes great in Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, and I can confirm it's bonkers even in standard with the eggs deck. WAR Tezzeret's gonna become a real thing, I think, especially with both Newgan and Eugene classic with Skyscanner re-entering rotation.

I'm kinda worried about how this will affect "whenever you draw your second card in a turn" cards. Those are already a bit annoying and this may make them ridiculous.

Aside from being able to get an Opt effect drawing two on your opponent's turn to trigger, not much.
