MTG Salvation

I like the design of a lot of this set's cards. They have a lot going on but it teaches you to be mindful of CIP effects, leaving the battlefield effects, planning for future effects, and being aware of your yard as a resource.



So far this is a really well-designed core set and I dig it.

When Cavalier of Night enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice Eternal Witness. When you do, destroy target creature an opponent controls.

When Cavalier of of Night dies, return Eternal Witness from the graveyard to the battlefield.

I like how this one reminds me of Commander Greven il-Vec without the "feel-bad" aspect.

Hard to explain the flavor on this one, it's just a bunch of good effects on a good lifelinking body.
