True, but in every color identity versus in only GUB, GWUB, UBRG, and WUBRG. You start to favor artifacts a lot in EDH.

Panharmonicon doesn't trigger from enchantments, lands or planeswalkers. This does.

Panharmonicon can't be your commander though. Also most of the really fun entering the field effects are in these three colors. Plenty of ramp, destruction, draw and more.

Seems like by the time you cast this, you're likely to have already played most of the ETB perms you'd like to get double triggers on. Probably would've been fine as a 1/5 for BGU.

This could work in a 4/5C control shell with Scapeshift and the new Field of the Dead. T6 Yarok + Scryland. T7 Scapeshift for Field of the Dead and 5 scrylands + 1 other land. You get 14 Zombies and 10 scries. Value!
