Well this is just casually absurd

Good ole Rottin' Regi is gonna wreck some faces.

That's way too little drawback for a 7/6 for 3. Hell, in Madness decks that's an upside.

And in hellbent decks it's either an upside or nothing.

How is this real? What am I missing?

Good limited card, interrupted by some soul-crushing Sleep Paralysis and Pacifism plays for your opponent. In standard, it will combo well with Bag of Holding, turning this guy into a monsterous Bomat Courier for an all in rakdos aggro deck.
