Just a 4/4 flier with suspend 1 is pretty solid for three mana, and she doesn't even die to doing that.

that ult is pretty darned good for 1BB, protects itself kind of decently to be honest if you're willing to -3 it and not the longest clock to ult

Anyway, that -8 could be powerful. I try to draw parallels to Koth of the Hammer. Both are win conditions. A Braingeyser is generally good, while being able to essentially Blaze my opponents every turn is a win condition itself. Both want me to play them alone, or in combination with green, which sucks for Koth, since red is probably the most un-planeswalker color; planeswalkers want you to play more defensively, and red doesn't do that. She has a lower starting loyatly, but gains more loyalty every turn. He's more played for the red High Tide, she'll be played more for Serra Angel token (without vigilance, but still, yeah).

Fragile, but reasonably potent if left unanswered. Her +2 is actually pretty nice since it shuts off threats that might otherwise fly over your blockers, and if you need a wincon, the -3 is very good. Otherwise wait a couple turns and you have a very powerful endgame emblem that should ensure you see the cards you need to finish up. Looks promising, and the cmc is right.

In turbo-fog style decks this is oppressive!!

Rules question: if you emblem off with Mu, but opponent has a Blood Moon, do your non-basic islands get the card draw ability? I'd assume not since they are Mountains, but I'm not sure where emblems fall in the continuous effect layers.
