While I know that some players are dreaming of a turn 4 dragon queen, I personally think that this card is best used to reliably throw down the new Bolas (handling any mana fixing required).

In a worst case scenario, it's not a terrible rummager.

Hm. Turn 2 Dragon Tempest into a turn 3 this, into a turn 4 Lathliss, and then put out Thundermaw Hellkite on 5. If they haven't dealt with at least part of that yet, then that's like 5 damage from the Tempest on turn 5 (plus 1 from Lathliss the last turn), plus Thundermaw, the token, and Lathliss going for 16 through the air.

Yeowch! Seafood soup!

(All the better, I suppose, if we could speed up at least one of these plays via something like Simian Spirit Guide.)

Abilities are pretty mild, but at this cost it seems very good.

I don't know if I like the planeswalker design that succumbs to tribal limitations, but dragons are pretty versatile creatures, and looting ain't bad. This notably accelerates you to a very key mana cost as far as dragons go, like a Coalition Relic in planeswalker form.
