Personally, i think that this is gonna have Jaya in the art.

Now there's a spell worth playing Jaya Ballard and Pyromancer's Goggles for. If Big Spell Red is a deck in standard it'll be hilarious.

I don't really have a list in mind for competitive modern play, no.

I'm more thinking about Modern. So in a deck list like this, how many copies of Jaya and the Goggles and stuff would you run? I mean, do you have a list in mind? I'd love to see it, and maybe use it as inspiration for one of my own. I've been thinking about doing one like this for a while, though I considered RG or RW, to get around red's biggest weaknesses (like Leyline of Sanctity or other enchantments), RG for the ramp as much as anything.

A bunch of mana artifact ramp, and a bunch of big spells worth copying. Din of the Fireherd is one of my favorite big spell haymakers, but you've also got kicked and doubled Fight with Fire to just kill people now. Boseiju, who shelters all is probably important here.

Primal Amulet might be your ticket to big spell copies in Standard. I'm not saying the deck would be good or anything but it sounds pretty fun.

As someone who has been wanting to make a Chandra-themed deck (also featuring Jaya), and who absolutely loves Pyromancer's Goggles, I'm curious what you see here. What would your idea of a Big Spell Red deck be? Or just one that used Jaya, Chandra, and the Goggles?
