Nikya of the Old Ways decks seem to have more Green ways to remove creatures than Red ones

The creature only restriction has something to do with that. I'm aware that you can still cycle Decree of Annihilation with Nikya out but I think if you build that sort of deck you're going to have a hard time finding play groups.
