If you put this in your command zone, opponents playing green will have a hard time justifying the use of most 1/1 mana dorks... which I really like. The fact that you can ping a creature the moment it's targeted by a kill spell is also nice.

...of course, that's ignoring what people can do with Basilisk Collar...

Daxos the Returned and Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas both seem like logical inclusions into a Kelsien deck
