Another Enabler for Phage, Haakon, and similarly difficult commanders... that's reusable! It's also a way to bypass commander tax, which is also nice. Combined with the new Nesting Grounds (moving the soul counters to other cards), you can keep the life-cost down and do a bunch of damage.

Looks like an excellent card.

neat. if you have ways to blink this (preferably with commander like Aminatou) then you have nice way to offset comander tax with little cost. its also easily recurable being an artifact.
the thing to note is that the counter is put as a cost and it may happen that solemnity will be in play.
