As for the card effect itself...how is this relevant to the game aside from a slight turn advantage for the player who took their turn before you (and disadvantage for the player normally after you)?
E: I guess if you're able to make copies and copies of this card between you and another player...you could completely lock people out of having turns indefinitely. Wow I feel dirty just thinking of that usage.
They won't know what hit them!
Now all I need is a "Skip the next player's turn" card & everything will fall into place.
