As Saskia the Unyielding enters the battlefield, choose a player.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, it deals that much damage to the chosen player.

11/8/2016 If a creature you control deals combat damage to the chosen player, it deals that much damage to that player again.
11/8/2016 The damage that Saskia’s ability causes a creature to deal isn’t combat damage.
11/8/2016 Once the chosen player has left the game, Saskia’s triggered ability will have no effect.
11/8/2016 If Saskia leaves the battlefield and returns, you choose a player again. It doesn’t remember the previously chosen player.

,” or “[This permanent] enters the battlefield tapped.” Such text is a static ability—not a
triggered ability—whose effect occurs as part of the event that puts the permanent onto the
battlefield.
Saskia's first ability is not a triggered ability, it is a static ability and is not subject to Panharmonicon or to Strionic Resonator.
The sentence about choosing a player has none of those three words. Hope this helps.
How do you mean? Panharmonicon copies ETB effects for creatures and artifacts. Saskia has a triggered ETB ability (choosing a player). Therefor panharmonicon should be able to copy that etb, allowing you to pick a second player.
AnotherZoruaAmongUs beat me to the explanation. Obviously I meant copying the ETB effect since that's literally the only thing Panharmonicon interacts with

This deck needs to run all of the "damage is doubled" cards (e.g. Dictate of the Twin Gods)
