It is cards like this that make me wonder why Elite Arcanist has not been banned in commander yet.
This is instantly an EDH superstar, perhaps even a modern superstar. If you cannot win with an extra turn and seven cards, you never had a chance to win during the match in most cases.

Actually, you know what I just realized? If you would lose due to anything other than having 0 life, you can force a draw with this instead. Each time you would lose, this kicks in, you draw 7 and go to 1... and the loss condition is still there. So it gets replaced again, you draw again, the loss kicks in again, it gets replaced again, and the infinite loop causes the game to end in a tie. Perhaps this should instead say "The next time you would lose the game this turn," which is extremely silly phrasing.
