Wizards is pushing zombies very hard this time around.

Of all the split cards with the names "___ to ___" why was this card name not designed as a split card?

The mechanic on the card is irrelevant to what I said. They could have designed a card name "Time" which did something & then "Reflect" with an Aftermath effect.

It still has that Zombie clause, which makes it really specific.
This would at least let the card itself provide a way to satisfy that condition.

Edit: And Aftermath doesn't have to be sorcery speed. Take a look at Spring to Mind for example.

The aftermath parts of the cards can't be too strong by themselves since the cards could get into your grave by other means. That's why cards like ancient grudge are so good, the stronger part is the flashback part.

IT could have perfectly be something like this:

Rise 2B
Sorcery
Create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
//
Protect W
Instant
Aftermath (Cast this spell only from your graveyard. Then exile it.)
Exile target creature that blocked or was blocked by a Zombie this turn.
