The Scarab God took a nice hop upward this week. UBx Control builds are definitely on the upswing in the new Ixalan Standard meta, and Scarab God is a strong piece in most builds.
Samut, the Tested is likewise moving up for it's role in the new Standard. Although Samut has been less than popular before now, she works surprisingly well in RG Dinosaurs. All three of her modes synergize with the deck, whether it's giving double strike to an aggressive dinosaur, pinging and triggering enrage, or getting a pair of Regisaur Alphas to end the game.

Gideon continues his ascent. He's still splashed in some Standard decks, such as Approach of the Second Sun , but his real popularity is in the eternal formats.
Haxoret, Rhonas, and Fetid Pools all rose this week as Ixalan and the rotation continues to unveil the new Standard. Each are non-focal pieces to decks, catching the smaller waves of ascension as the decks gain popularity.

Tezzeret the Schemer has risen handily, as he's a center piece in Revel in Riches decks, as well as growing popular in various other UBx control builds.
Metallic Mimic has now surpassed Heart of Kiran, reaching the third spot in Aether Revolt's top cards. By next week it should easily be number two.

Kaladesh saw various small movements throughout the set, with a general slight upward trend. Standard has almost halved in size, and as the cardpool shrinks, everything inherently has more potential.
All of Kaladesh's dual lands rose this week. I would expect them to rise further over the next month, even if just slightly, as they become the go-to lands when possible. If you're playing enemy colors, buy your Kaladesh duals now, or risk paying more later.

Much like Invocations and it's Damnation, Inventions saw very little movement this week with the exception of Hangarback Walker which is still falling back from it's buyout jump a few weeks ago. Sculpting Steel was the only other card to see any significant change. It is threatening buyout range, and prices are rising accordingly.
Overall Summary
Standard is starting to take shape, and we can see the key cards from our new meta moving. UBx Control builds saw the most card movement this week, although RGx Ramp/Aggro is also starting to make waves in the market. While every deck has to adjust after the rotation, it is the new decks that haven't existed before, or went from subpar to tier 1, that make the largest tides in the market. UBx Control and RGx Ramp/Aggro were both extremely small pieces of the meta pie before Ixalan, but are threatening to become some of the dominating forces post-rotation. Watch their key cards closely, as they could easily make large jumps as the meta begins to solidify.
