I think Think Twice is the worst cantrip ever, in vintage. Replace it with Serum Visions, or Portent or something else that costs one mana.

I will give him a shot but what about the rest? Do you think its good?

I love these ideas! Some cool cards I never even thought of. I like the Quirion Dyrad idea. I never even though of the hybrid! Gang bang commander is great too. Shadowmage infultrator is definately going in. I am not sure about ajani, but he would be nice. Slobad is a good thought, but i dont want to put him in because other than the disciples, almost all of the other stuff is artifact and it makes 1st turn hand drops so easy its ridiculous (however im gonna have to replace 2x brainstorms with the new restricted list). That last stuff is for the restricted list. What do you guys think?

For your G/W deck, I think you should try to get more oversouls, and Lieges. Since most of your deck is white (green/white hybrid) Quirion Dryad would be an awesome pick.
For your Mannequin deck, Shadowmage Infiltrator is a must! I do have to comment that I enjoy the Wydwen, the Biting Gale in your deck, and I think post rotation, this card should be in this deck.
I'll comment more later on, so far though I like your decks.

Why the 1-ofs that should be 4-ofs(such as Wilt-leaf liege/cavaliers and Flame Javelin)? Do you only own that many?
